Tax Credits & Financing

Many non-profits often fundraise for capital campaigns without the knowledge base or experience in historic tax credits. Working with tax credit investors, Principal Daniel Ronan works with arts, culture, and heritage institutions to secure tax credit equity through federal and state historic tax credit programs and the New Markets tax credit program, helping clients bring up to 40% in additional investment to a capital project campaign - which can mean anywhere from $100,000 to millions of dollars for your project.

Typical Client: An arts, culture, or heritage institution planning or currently undergoing a capital campaign and/or capital project that would like to explore tax credits for its fundraising strategy.

Professional Fee: Billed as a "per-project" based fee, or an arrangement made with the client.
